Dear Family, Accept our sincere condolences for the loss of your Mother. Margared served almost seven years as a Foster Grandparent volunteer with the Program at Fort Hays State University. She was a dedicated "Grandma", truly beloved by the children she served and her teacher, Mrs. Dole. She will be missed.
I visited with Margaret on Thursday at the hospital. She was optimistic about her upcoming surgery and was looking forward to returning to school in the fall. We share your loss. She was a delightful lady to know. Jolene Niernberger, FGP Director

We were sorry about Margaret's passing. We had beenin fairly close contact several years ago, but it faded over the years. I did keep informed about the family through another first cousing via our Mothers [June Winslow] and saw Margaret at June's a couple of years ago.
The service was very nice, quite persosnal about her life and I'm sure the large crowd was reasuring. I'm glad I could attend.
It was nice to meet all of the family again after about 30 years and Mel looks about the same as ever.
I certainly hope all are OK and that you'e getting things in order and cleared up soon. I know it is hard work, as we had to take care of and wrap things up after my Dad [Glenn Ruff] and Nora passed away. We had to travel many times to Pittsburg, KS to take care of things.
Best wishes and good luck to all of you! Love, Del Ruff
