I will always remember her smile and loving hugs. She was a sister to me and always will be. I am so sorry for the kids and want them to know I love them all dearly and have been praying for you all. We will mourn her but know she is in a better place and knows no more pain.

I worked as an intern at the KSU Foundation in the late 90s and Jewel was such a big part of my memories of that time. She was a funny gem of a lady. I always appreciated her advice and guidance. I'm a better person for having known her. My sincerest condolences to you all. You're in my thoughts.
