~ To Anna Maxine Wiltfong's Family ~
We were saddened to hear the news that Maxine passed away. Please accept our deepest sympathy during this very sad and dark hour. May the Lord be with each of you.
I cherish the time that I took to visit with you, Gene, ("Mr. Wiltfong", to me), this past summer. We had a very pleasant and memorable visit. Maxine told me then the date of her birthday. I fully intended to acknowledge it this year by sending her a birthday card. However, I regret to say that I let the time slip away and failed to follow through. I want you to know that I was thinking of her at that time, and that I said a silent prayer
for her. Maxine had told me on that day of my visit, about the health issues and problems she was having.
