Obituary of Helen June Prout

IN LOVING MEMORY OF HELEN JUNE PROUT Helen June Prout, born June 2, 1938, in Lenora, Kansas passed away April 26, 2014. Much loved and only child of Lester and Elsie Prout, both proceeded her in death. June attended and graduated from Lenora High School in 1956. She attended cosmetology school and later attended Fort Hays State, graduating with a Bachelors of Science/Biology Degree in 1961. In 1983 she became an employee at the State Health Lab in Lincoln, Nebraska, retiring from there in March of 2003. She loved reading, writing, and her pet iguanas. June liked living in Norton. The people in Norton were very helpful to her. She praised her home health care providers and the EMT's. Norton was her home. Survivors include: one cousin, Larry Prout; and other relatives and friends.
