I was saddened to hear of your mothers passing. Heaven got another angel. She will be missed. She was a great friend to all who knew her and I especially loved her no nonsense, yet fun approach to life. I always enjoyed running into her and discussing family history, I even had a list of questions for her the next time I made it to the Lenora, Norton area. She was a great asset to all the community of Lenora's children growing up. Fondly remember our allotted time at the Shoemaker pool in the summers. My condolences to the entire family. Jody Hickert

Aunt Toots was very special to me.
She took care of me after mom and dad had their auto accident when I was very young.
She fixed me lunches while Dad was sick in the Hospital.
I can go on and on.
She was the best!

I'm so sorry for your loss. Tootsie was a neighbor and friend of my grandmother, Etta Lou. We swam in their pool when we visited Lenora every summer. I remember her box of comic books she had for all of the kids. She generously gave us any comic books we chose to read. Grandma wasn't so happy when we would read them at the dinner table. We have so many fond memories of the time we spent with the Shoemaker family. Heaven gained another angel. Peace be with you. Love, Cindy Georgeson.

The day I met Agnes, we clicked. She was such a wonderful lady!she taught me a stitch or two. Every morning that I worked, I would pop into her room to tell her hello & she would want to know which one of my crazy craft ideas I had worked on during my day off. I am really going to miss her! thoughts & Prayers go out to her family.
