Obituary of Frank Horesky
IN LOVING MEMORY OF
FRANK HORESKY, JR.
Frank Horesky, Jr., son of Frank and Nellie (Cook) Horesky, was born July 13, 1933, in Norton County, Kansas, and passed away at his home in Norton, on September 10, 2018, at the of 85.
Frank grew up in Norton County and attended the Lenora and Norton schools graduating with the Norton Community High School class of 1949. Frank served his country in the U.S. Air Force from 1951 until his honorable discharge in 1955. On February 5, 1977, Frank and Joyce Aull were united in marriage in Hillsboro, Oregon. They made their home in Forest Grove, Oregon, until their retirement when they returned to Norton in 2013.
Survivors include: his loving wife, Joyce Horesky, of their home in Norton; three sons, Ronnie Dean, of Norton; David Lee, of Forest Grove; Steven, of Cornelius, Oregon; one daughter, Joane Marie, of Portland, Oregon; three brothers, Jim and Don Armstrong, both of Portland, and Edd Armstrong, of Hebo, Oregon; two sisters, Mikie Kramer, of Gaston, Oregon; Eddith Armstrong; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
Frank was preceded in death by his parents.
