Obituary of Gerald Eldon Wright

IN LOVING MEMORY OF GERALD ELDON WRIGHT Gerald Eldon Wright, son of Franklin Gerald and Maxine (Lyon) Wright, was born March 2, 1938, Graham County, Kansas, and passed away at his home in Norton, Kansas, on October 5, 1917, at the age of 79. Eldon attended the Lenora Grade School until his family moved to Norton County. He attended the Norton Junior High School and graduated from the Norton Community High School. On September 3, 1961, Eldon and Barbara Jo Koel were united in marriage in the Catholic Church in Norton. They made their home in Norton where Eldon was an inspector at the Port of Entry for many years, and later worked at Total. He enjoyed fishing and was an avid ham radio operator. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. Survivors include: his wife, Barbara, and their son, Clayton Wright, both of the home in Norton; other relatives and friends. Eldon was preceded in death by his parents, one half-brother, Jack Heidrick, and one half-sister, Maxine Bean.
