Obituary of David Sheley

IN LOVING MEMORY OF DAVID D. SHELEY David Daniel Sheley, son of Ivan and Cynthia (Klaus) Sheley, was born on May 22, 1987, in Hays, Kansas, and peacefully passed away at his home in Norton on March 31, 2017, at the age of 29. David grew to manhood in Norton and graduated from the Norton Community High School. David was united in marriage to the love of his life Carlena Neff on June 2, 2015 in Norton, Kansas. David worked as the general manager of the Subway in Norton. David enjoyed volunteering at the Norton Theatre, playing video games, playing the electric and bass guitar, and collecting wolves. He loved his two dogs, but his greatest love was his family, especially his wife. Survivors include: his loving wife, Carlena Sheley, of their home in Norton; his father, Ivan Sheley, Norton; his mother, Cynthia Sheley, Ellis, Kansas; one brother, Andrew, and wife, Kenzi Sheley, Norton; four sisters, Tamara, and husband, James Harper, Norton; Jennifer, and husband, Matt Burton, Olathe, Kansas; Trisha, and husband, Bryce Robinson; Hubbell, Nebraska; Amber Sheley, and significant other, Otis Johnson; Norton; grandfather, David Sheley, Norton; in-laws, Danny Neff Jr., and wife, Ann Neff, Wichita Falls, Texas; grandfather-in-law, Danny Neff Sr., Wichita Falls, Texas; sister-in-law, Jennifer, and husband, Billy Noble, Iowa Park, Texas; aunt, Lora, and husband, Jerry Darling, Norton; several nieces and nephews; many other relatives and friends.
