Obituary of Harold Shearer
IN LOVING MEMORY OF
HAROLD LEE SHEARER
Harold Lee Shearer, son of Jimmie Shearer and Agnes (Picraux) Shearer, was born June 3, 1932, in Almena, Kansas, and passed away July 18, 2015, at the age of 83.
Harold grew up in the Almena community and attended the country schools. He spend his life as a farmer/rancher in Hoisington, Kansas, and following his retirement he returned to the Almena community.
Harold greatly enjoyed working cattle and farming and always liked to keep busy. He especially loved spending time with his nephew, Blaine who was his primary care-giver for many years.
Survivors include: one sister, Maxine Larison, Alma, Nebraska; several nephews and nieces; other relatives and friends.
Harold was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Leroy Shearer and Ike Shearer, five sisters, Esther Marble, Leona Nelsen, Edna Nelson, Alta Marble and Lucille Elson.
