Obituary of Mary Jane Hadley
IN LOVING MEMORY OF
MARY JANE HADLEY
Mary Jane Hadley, daughter of Everett and Jessie (Stewart) Kintigh, was born February 28, 1947, in Norton, Kansas, and passed away at her home in Norton on December 11, 2014, at the age of 67.
Mary Jane lived in Norton with her family until the age of five, at which time they moved to Delta, Colorado, where she graduated from the Delta High School. She moved to Orange, California, where she attended the Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, and received her Associate's Degree in Nursing. On December 18, 1967, Mary Jane and Charles Hadley were united in marriage in Orange. They made their home in Santa Ana, California, until 1974, when they moved to Hays, Kansas, where she was a Registered Nurse. In October 1998, they moved to their current home in Norton.
Mary Jane was very active in the High Plains Baptist Church in Hays, and enjoyed working with the youth group. In Norton, she was active in the Christian Women's Club and attended the First Church of God.
Survivors include: her husband, Charles Hadley, of their home in Norton; two sons and their wives, Robert Paul and Terrie Hadley; Jason Philip, and wife, Patty Hadley; seven grandchildren, Lindsey, Kaley, Michael, Jaedyn, Kylee, Keira, and Keastin Hadley; one brother, Everett Kintigh, Jr., Denver, Colorado; two sisters, Dorothy Sidfrid, Orange, California; and Doris Randle, Grand Junction, Colorado; other relatives and many friends.
Mary Jane was preceded in death by her parents.
