Obituary of Roger Ray Thomas

IN LOVING MEMORY OF ROGER R. THOMAS Roger Ray Thomas, son of Fred and Juanita Thomas, was born February 7, 1943, and passed away in Norton, Kansas, on September 5, 2014, at the age of 71. Roger attended the Commack schools and graduated from the Huntington High School in West Virginia. Roger also served in the U.S. Navy. He had retired from Buckeye Steel of Ohio. Roger loved all sports and spending time with his children and grandchildren. Survivors include: three sons, Roger, Jr., Derrick, and Michael; two daughters, Becky and Michelle; seven grandchildren; one sister and her husband, Freda and Mike Fannin, Huntington, WV; other relatives and friends. Roger was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Brenda Kelly, the love of his life, and one brother, Freddie.
